PROGRESSIVE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT IS KEY

Youth Athletes Need More than just Sport

They need a structured system that teaches proper movement, builds real strength, develops athletic qualities, and supports long-term performance without burning them out.

Movement Quality

We coach athletes to sprint, jump, land, lift, change direction, and control their body better. We help lay the foundation for further athletic development.

Strength Development

We build strength progressively and safely so athletes can become more powerful and resilient. We teach strength movements first, then add weight.

Power & Explosiveness

More powerful athletes are better athletes. Training is designed to improve explosiveness, capacity, control, and confidence during sport.

Smart Progressions

When the athlete is ready, we progress them to more advanced exercises to further their athletic development - faster movements, heavier weights, advanced exercises. This is how true athletic progress is made.

ABOUT

Results-driven Youth Sports Performance Programs

Our Youth Sports Performance Program is built for athletes who want more than just “working out”, it’s for those who want to build a true foundation of athleticism that truly carries over into sport. Designed for athletes from late elementary through high school, we focus on helping them learn how to train the right way - developing strength, speed, power, coordination, and body control in a safe, structured environment. Every session is intentional, combining expert coaching with a fun, focused atmosphere where athletes are challenged, supported, and held to a high standard.

What separates our program is the level of attention and expertise behind it. Athletes train in small groups with coaches who aren’t just certified, they’re doctors, former athletes themselves, and leaders and role models who teach proper movement, build confidence, and instill discipline through hard work and consistency. Each athlete follows a proven, results-driven program tailored to their current ability and goals, whether that’s making a team, earning more playing time, or preparing for the next level. Beyond physical results like improved strength, speed, and explosiveness, our athletes gain something even more valuable: self-confidence, resilience, and the habits needed to succeed long-term in their sport, in the gym, and in life.

PROGRAM OPTIONS

Choose the training environment that fits your athlete best.

We offer both small group and 1-on-1 training options to meet athletes at different stages of their journey, while maintaining the same high standard of coaching and results-driven programming. Our small group sessions provide a high-energy, team-like environment where athletes train alongside others their age, building camaraderie, competition, and confidence—all while still receiving individualized coaching and attention. Our 1-on-1 program, on the other hand, delivers the most personalized experience possible, with every detail tailored specifically to the athlete’s needs, goals, and schedule—ideal for those looking to accelerate progress or address specific weaknesses. Both options focus on developing strength, speed, and long-term athleticism through expert coaching; the primary difference lies in the level of individualization and attention, which is reflected in the pricing.

Hockey Athlete

“My daughter has been training at Resilient for 6 months and her athletic gains have been unmistakable. The only thing up more than her vertical is her confidence. It’s the one thing I never have to drag her to do. When asked about lifting in a given week she replies, “As many times as possible."

FAQ

Common Questions from Parents

What age athletes is this for?

Our Youth Sports Performance Program is designed for male and female athletes ages 10–17 who are ready for structured, coached training. During your discovery call, we’ll determine if the program is the right fit for your athlete.

Does my child need to be in a sport to qualify?

Yes—this program is specifically designed for athletes who are currently participating in a sport or preparing to. It is not a general exercise program. Our training is built to develop the specific strength, speed, and athletic qualities needed for sport performance.

Does my child need training experience?

No. We coach athletes from the ground up. Experienced athletes will be challenged, and newer athletes will be taught proper technique, movement fundamentals, and how to train safely.

Is this sport-specific training?

We train the athletic qualities that support sport performance — speed, strength, power, agility, movement quality, and resilience. The program is built around the demands of your athlete’s sport without trying to replace sport practice.

Should we choose small group or 1-on-1?

Small group is great for athletes who enjoy energy, accountability, and training around others. 1-on-1 is best for athletes who need more individualized attention, have specific athletic goals, or are returning from pain or injury.

What happens on the free discovery call?

You will speak with Dr. Isaac Masters about your athlete’s goals, sport, schedule, training history, injury history, and best-fit program option. He will also answer any additional questions you may have.
